We are able to provide you with a fixed quote for services such as installing a new service feature on your computer or actual hardware setup. Our Fixed Price Service and Support works by determining from you what you require and provide a no-obligations quote for you to consider. It is important to note, that not all support enquiries are eligible for a fixed price quote as a result of the nature of certain support types.

Remote Support
Remote support is available for support requested that don't require an on-site visit. We find that most issues can be handled using our remote support service.
Standard Remote Support
Standard remote support is for support within normal business hours of Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
This service is charged at $124 (inc GST) per hour billed in 5 minute blocks with a minimum support time of 10 minutes.
After Hours Remote Support
After hours remote support is for support outside of normal business hours, including weekends and public holidays.
This service is charged at $186 (inc GST) per hour billed in 5 minute blocks with a minimum support time of 60 minutes.

On-Site Support
Standard On-Site Support in Melbourne
Standard on-site support is for support within normal business hours of Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Initial charge is $206 (inc GST) including the first hour then $124
(inc GST) per additional hour (billed in 5 minute blocks).
After Hours On-Site Support in Melbourne
After hours on-site support is for support outside of normal business hours, including weekends and public holidays. Initial charge is $558 (inc GST) including the first two hours then $186
(inc GST) per additional hour (billed in 5 minute blocks).

Full Day On-Site Support in Adelaide, Brisbane and Hobart
Although we are based in Melbourne, we are able to provide a full day (8 hours) on-site support for Adelaide, Brisbane and Hobart clients. The charge for a pre-booked on-site service is $1699 (inc GST). Urgent on-site support is also available but may incur an additional fee.
Full Day On-Site Support in Sydney, Newcastle and Canberra
Although we are based in Melbourne, we are able to provide a full day (8 hours) on-site support for Sydney, Newcastle and Canberra clients. The charge for a pre-booked on-site service is $1899 (inc GST). Urgent on-site support is also available but may incur an additional fee.
Full Day On-Site Support in Perth
Although we are based in Melbourne, we are able to provide a full day (8 hours) on-site support for Perth clients. The charge for a pre-booked on-site service is $2099 (inc GST). Urgent on-site support is also available but may incur an additional fee.
Support Packages
Support Packages are available for people who require ongoing service and support. These pre-paid packages offer our service and support at a discounted rate compared to casual support.
Standard business hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm excluding public holidays. After hours support is charges at 1.5 times the normal rate
(for example 120 minutes of after hours support time is calculated as 180 minutes having been consumed).
Minimum support time is 10 minutes during business hours and 60 minutes outside business hours.
On-site support during business hours includes 40 minutes travel time and a minimum of 1 hour on-site support.
On-site support outside business hours includes 60 minutes travel time and a minimum of 2 hour on-site support. After hours support is charges at 1.5 times the normal rate.
